OSU Membership
The Otolaryngology Society of Uganda
provides some exclusive benefits
to its members including continous learning, resident mentorship and research assistance are additional activities
- Regular
Any otolaryngologist whose qualifications have been awarded by a recognized university and is duly registered with the medical council. Non-Ugandan otolaryngologist who wishes to join the association must present to the governing body the following documents for evaluation and approval;
- a. License for the practice of Medicine
- b. Certificate of completion of training in Otolaryngology
- c. Recommendation from at least two (2) otolaryngologists, preferably from the applicant’s country of residence.
- Honorary
The governing body can recommend anyone, whether Uganda or not, as an honorary member.
- Associate Members
Medical workers with at least one (1) year qualification in otolaryngology or related field and is duly registered with the relevant council.
